FCS have developed the facilities for machining board components which are used primarily for domestic gas fires, boilers and heating systems.

Board pieces can be supplied in a variety of colour finishes, in a variety of board thickness’ and if required with brick patterns machined on to the face of the board.

Board machine products are supplied as an alternative to vacuum forming and manufactured with a fraction of the tooling costs. Products are machined to closer tolerances than vacuum formed products ensuring customer specification can be met more successfully.

All of FCS board machined products are manufactured within the scope of ISO 9002.
