The Petro-Chemical industry offers a vast opportunity for the installation of refractories utilizing a variety of materials on many different types of process plant. The very nature of the processes gives rise to the use of the most sophisticated forms of refractory design to ensure stability of production along with the integrity of the individual unit in this extremely competitive industry. The same processes, given the raw material source, also renders such plants extremely hazardous, therefore experience and intimate knowledge of the industry are of prime importance when choosing an installation and supply contractor.
The numerous types of vessel include Boilers, Heaters, Reformers, Cat Crackers, Flare Stacks, Furnaces, Sulphur Recovery Units, Ethylene and Ammonia Furnaces, Oxidizers and Waste Gas Systems, each requiring the application of all the available refractory treatments.
Whether hand or machine placed, we at Cameron Furnace Company with our in-depth experience are ideally placed to fulfil all the requirements necessary to successfully undertake all types of design.
